How do we recruit?
Each Recruitment campaign follows a two-stage process. First we need to gather information and once this is done we launch your campaign.
Initial Setup
- First we perform a competitor analysis and determine, with you, which competitors and keywords we’re going to focus our recruitment offers on
- Next we work with you to create tailored recruitment messages for each of the verticals that we’ve identified.
- We employ our in-house website spidering technology to identify hundreds or even thousands of potential affiliates.
- From this list we filter manually, visiting sites and collecting contact information including email, phone and postal records.
- This information is loaded into our email management software to allow for personal and automated contact, follow-up and subscription / opt in management.
- Each verified contact is sent a sequence of 3 to 5 mails over a 4 week period depending on the verticals being targeted, your response rates and the messages that were crafted.
- Each verified contact that does not subscribe or unsubscribe from the offer during this process is contacted either telephonically or by post, depending on the campaign parameters.
- Top identified potential affiliates are contacted telephonically.

Campaigns are normally run each month (or each 30 days), to allow maximum time for follow-up and response. We recommend a minimum of 3 campaigns be run to maximize initial results.
Each campaign must be paid in advance before the campaign is delivered.
