OUTSurance Leads not Posting in real time
Hello All
We’ve been checking into the issue that’s affecting OUTSurance’s reporting interruptions and just wanted to update you on the latest info.
As you may know last month we changed the reporting structure to enable a “pending” status to the leads.
Most affiliates felt that it was better to have pending leads than to have leads reversed or scrubbed out of the system after the month.
As a result of this change we’re having an issue with displaying the pending status leads in the interface. We’re hoping to resolve this issue with our developers in the next few days and apologise for the inconvenience.
In the interim, if you’re running OUTSurance and want an update on your pending leads please email us at za@offerforge.com and we’ll be glad to mail your data daily until the matter is resolved.
